This may be due to an old error message and you may need to clear your cache. To do this, please follow the instructions below:
1. Hold down the control button and then press F5 on the keyboard - this should ‘hard refresh’ the page. If this is unsuccessful, please follow the instructions from step 2 onwards.
2. Go to the top navigation bar and click on ‘History’.
3. Click on ‘Clear recent history’.
4. Tick the ‘Cookies’ and ‘Cache” tickboxes.
5. Press clear now
