Can I buy or use gift vouchers online?

Gift vouchers are available for purchase online, and can only be redeemed online at www.marcs.com.au. 

To use your gift voucher online simply enter in the gift voucher number in the space provided at checkout and then press go. You will then be prompted to enter your voucher pin. If you do not know your voucher pin please contact customer care who can provide this to you. The amount of your voucher will then be deducted from your order. You can also combine your gift voucher with a credit card to make an online purchase if your voucher does not cover the total order amount. Gift vouchers can be redeemed both online or in-store. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift vouchers purchased on or after 1 April 2018 are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers purchased on or prior to 31 March 2018 are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on your voucher. After this period they will expire and no longer be redeemable. Vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable.
