Once your parcel has arrived to the warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Afterpay returns automatically adjust your payment schedule from the 4th payment backwards for partial returns. For full refunds, they will cancel any further payments and refund any payments made so far.
PayPal refunds show up in your account within 1-2 hours after being processed. You will be notified by email of this confirmation.
Credit Card refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear in your bank account. If you cannot locate the funds, please contact us at customercare@marcs.com.au with your order number and we will be happy to help you.
