Can I refund or exchange my online order?

You can send your item(s) back for a full refund via the original payment method on the order. We however, do not offer exchanges on items, so you will have to send the unwanted item back and re-purchase the desired item.

Attached is the returns form to fill out. Please ensure this is inside the parcel so the warehouse team can process this effectively and efficiently.
