I paid via Afterpay or PayPal, where can I return my order?

All customers looking to refund an item/s purchased with Afterpay or Paypal must return their items original store of purchase.

Please note that items purchased online with Afterpay or Paypal cannot be refunded or exchanged in Marcs concession locations (Myer or David Jones) or Marcs standalone stores.

This is due to the initial purchase being processed via the secure payment networks. The refund must be processed via the exact same channel for security reasons.
